phgamers Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phgamers platform and apply to all registered users in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the phgamers platform — whether through a web browser, the mobile app, or any other means — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phgamers regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any previous agreements, representations, or understandings. phgamers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use phgamers:
- You are at least 18 years of age. phgamers does not permit use of the platform by minors under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law.
- You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by phgamers or any connected regulatory body.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not been previously suspended or permanently closed by phgamers for a violation of these terms.
phgamers reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be underage, any funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. We take age verification seriously and may use third-party verification services where available.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on phgamers. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are found associated with the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided pending investigation.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phgamers will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or social media. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at: [email protected]. phgamers is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login information.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using phgamers, you agree that you will not:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform.
- Engage in collusion with other players in betting or gaming activities.
- Use multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions or promotions.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the phgamers platform, software, or content.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or other users' experience.
phgamers monitors accounts for irregular activity. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules may be suspended without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, winnings may be voided and the account permanently closed. phgamers cooperates with law enforcement authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on phgamers are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Supported payment methods include local e-wallets and bank transfers available to Philippine account holders. The full list of currently supported payment channels is available in the account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method. phgamers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phgamers may request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. All withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method registered in your own name.
phgamers reserves the right to withhold or delay payment if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account manipulation, or a breach of these terms. Players who have received bonus funds must comply with applicable wagering requirements before withdrawals are processed. Details of any wagering requirements are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
6. Limitation of Liability
phgamers provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phgamers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of winnings, funds, or data resulting from platform outages, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these terms or to secure your account credentials.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits phgamers' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
phgamers reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if:
- There is evidence of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of games or betting markets.
- The account holder is found to be underage or ineligible under these terms.
- The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or authorised by a responsible gaming intervention.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks, unless the closure is due to a breach of these terms, in which case balances may be forfeited.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy. Players will be notified before any administrative action is taken on dormant accounts.
8. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the phgamers platform — including software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, and layout — is the property of phgamers or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without written permission.
Third-Party Services: The phgamers platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and other services. phgamers is not responsible for the terms, policies, or conduct of third-party providers. Any disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.
Changes to These Terms: phgamers may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the phgamers platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
